Whatever life throws at you, it’s the daily wear and tear that takes its toll on your body and being. My intuitive, experienced touch  does more than just relax the body and calm the mind. Regular treatments give you the time to check in, let go, receive energy,  to remember yourself and your needs, and help you be more present, easeful and grounded in your body/mind and your life. 

As a mother of an autistic son, I offer a deep understanding and compassionate wisdom and  awareness of the added stresses of caring for a special needs family member. Although I serve a wide variety of people, I have a special affinity for supporting other parents and family members(including special needs people themselves) involved with caring for special needs family members. 

My life long joy of movement and dance,  and innate capability of expressing myself through my body and healing through my hands offers clients a sense of security, groundedness, healing, and permission to relax and enjoy through receiving my touch.

**Special Events**

Massage for birthday parties, bridal showers,
home spa day, retirement parties etc. available for 30, 45, or 60
​minute sessions. (call or text for pricing)

Series/packages available for a minimum of 4 and maximum of 10(in office only) for 60 and 90 minute sessions. Sessions can be shared (with communication,) don't expire, and offer $5 off per 60 minute session, and $10 off per 90 minute session,

As a 1990 graduate of the 1000 hour Holistic Health Practitioner program at IPSB ( Institute for Psycho-Structural Balancing) and Heartwood Institute, my  trainings, certifications, post certifications , licenses and accolades include: Deep Tissue  massage, Circulatory Massage, Setai Shiatsu, Polarity Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Thai Massage, Flower Essence and Homeopathic Training, Clairvoyant and Minister training (from The Church of the Earth and Sky), Dance as Expression Therapy.
